Jab catch Cross shoulder roll Triplets

All combinations are done in a pattern of three between two partners. Partner 1 goes once partner two goes once partner one goes a second time, then move around and reverse so that partner two goes twice.

First Drill
Jab Catch

Partner one Jabs at partner two's chin. P2 lifts rear leg and falls back when jab contacts their glove. Then P2 returns jab and P1 retreats. P1 completes triplet with final jab. Move around. P2 initiates next triplet.

For Jab step in with both feet and turn your toes perpendicular to oppenent. Retreat by stepping out with both feet returning to square position with oppenent.

Second Drill
Cross Shoulder Roll

P1 throws cross at P2's chin. P2 rolls hips drops wrist replacing where chin was with shoulder. The arm that is doing the roll should not expose the back, nor should the elbow rise. The motion is for all intense purposes a bong sau movement. By rolling hips leg is in position to throw cut kick. Again like previous drill do in a triplet with alternating feeder at beginning.
