Kicking Drill

First drill - Inverted Hook Kick

Is thrown to the outside. Is similar to an oblique kick that misses. Like all kicks supporting leg determines range. This kick is usually thrown from the front leg. It is very important for this kick to be thrown straight in and straight out.
Do not roll your foot.
Do not try to put large amounts of power behind this kick.
It is very much a one inch kick.

Second drill - Fuete Kick

Is thrown to the inside. Like above it is thrown with front leg. Also straight in and out. Also one inch kick.

Third drill - Combine above two kicks

Start off throwing inside hook kick then go into fuete without putting leg down inbetween kicks.
Then try throwing fuete first followed by inside hook.

As always remember to work both leads and different heights.
